Each module begins with a group training session, followed by individual supervision related to that topic. The time between training and supervision allows participants to engage with the concepts, notice how they appear in their clinical work, and bring real questions, challenges, and reflections into supervision.

Held once every two weeks in a group format.
Each session includes:
- Conceptual learning
- Clinical discussion
- Experiential exercises
- Role-play activities

30-Minute Individual Supervision
Each participant will receive four individual supervision sessions across the programme.
Supervision is an opportunity to bring:
- Client work
- Clinical dilemmas
- Reflections
- Questions related to the training topic
Participants will receive guidance, feedback, and support in applying concepts directly to their therapeutic practice.
Please submit a brief write-up at least 48 hours before your supervision slot outlining the topic, client work, or questions you would like to discuss.
